NXT Schools is a product of Cubixso Solutions Pvt Ltd. We're a small team of engineers, designers and school operators putting the boring parts of school administration on autopilot — so teachers can teach and principals can lead.
We started Cubixso in 2019 to build software for the parts of education that get ignored — transport, attendance, fees, hostels. The tools school offices were using had been built for desktops in the 2000s and didn't fit how staff actually work.
NXT Schools is what we wished existed: a single platform where the admin, teacher, parent, bus and hostel apps all share the same data, the same identity model and the same security posture. It's designed so a principal can run their school from a phone if they need to.

Customer data is stored in encrypted databases in Indian data centres. Access is gated behind SSO and audited end-to-end.
When we use AI — for attendance, safety alerts, briefings — we show the inputs and let staff override. No black boxes.
